A monthly quota per account, reset on the 1st of every month (UTC). Checks deduplicated within 24 hours do not use quota, and neither does a 503 response.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added according to your country; an EU business with a valid VAT number is invoiced under the reverse charge. Annual billing: two months free.
Card payment through Stripe, no commitment: the plan is active as soon as you pay and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.
Timestamping by a trusted third party
Every certificate is dated by an authority independent of akwito. What is included is enough for an audit; the option exists for those who want the token on the document itself.
Included in every plan
Daily anchoring, qualified timestamping to come
Every check receives an RFC 3161 timestamp token within the minute. From its first download, the PDF certificate also carries its own document timestamp, visible in your reader’s signature panel. Every night, all of the previous day’s checks are sealed together by a single timestamp from the same authority (DigiCert); it will become eIDAS-qualified once Certigna, a French authority certified by ANSSI, is under contract. Your certificate thus proves that it existed on that day.

Optional, per certificate
€0.30 excl. VAT per certificate
An eIDAS-qualified token placed directly on the certificate, within the minute, readable in a second by an auditor or tax inspector. Request it check by check, in the form or through the API; billed per unit on the monthly invoice.
Same price on every plan, volume pricing on quote with the Enterprise plan. This option adds no evidential value to the daily anchor; it makes the proof simpler to present.
Billing questions
- What happens when I reach my quota?
- The API answers 429
QUOTA_EXCEEDEDwith the reset date. Proofs already issued remain readable and downloadable. - Can I change plan mid-month?
- Yes, from your dashboard (Subscription, “Manage subscription”): Stripe prorates and the quota is adjusted immediately, with no loss of history.
- Do I need per-certificate qualified timestamping?
- Rarely. The included daily anchor already proves, through a qualified authority, that your certificate existed on that day. Take the option if an inspector, an auditor or a foreign subsidiary expects a token on the document itself.
- How long are my proofs kept?
- 10 years while your subscription is active, which covers the reassessment and retention periods in France and across the EU; 12 months on the Free plan. After cancelling, you have 90 days to download your PDFs, which remain valid proof outside akwito.
